Young-McCool VFW Post 12220 is allied with American Legion Causland Post 13 to support
Wreaths Across America (WAA) on Fidalgo Island. Each December, WAA hosts a wreath ceremony and invites local citizens to join with us in laying wreaths on the graves of veterans interred at Grand View and Fern Hill cemeteries. In January, we gather again to remove the wreaths and recycle the materials.
