There are a number of organizations working to improve the lives of veterans whose missions align with the values of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. Here is a small list, focused first on organizations in our community.
Fidalgo Island & Skagit County
- American Legion Post 13 - For military veterans who did not serve in a foreign conflict (and those who did) the American Legion provides an atmosphere of camaraderie and continued service much akin to the VFW.
National
- Team RWB - With a vision to "forge America's leading health and wellness community for Veterans" Team RWB encourages Veterans to prioritize their well-being, physical and mental, by building healthy lifestyles.
