James Stoneman

Jim "Stoney” Stoneman retired from the US Navy in 2018 with 28 years of service.  A 1990 graduate from the United States Naval Academy, Stoney was an EA-6B Electronic Countermeasures Officer with multiple squadron tours and deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.  He was the Commanding Officer of VAQ-142 in 2007/08.  Stoney’s final tour of duty was as the Program Manager of PMA-259, the Navy’s Air to Air Missile Program Office.
 
Stoney lives in Anacortes with his wife Meridith.
